Serise attends HongKong Global Sources Fair twice a year. It is a valuable resource for our development.We have been participated in the Global Sources Exhibition which held in AsiaWorld-Expo HongKong in April 18-21th 2017. This exhibition area was 36 square meter and we used green color,which means that our material is environmentally friendly and could show a variety of phone cases to customers.Our main product is leather case, TPU case, hard case and many other OEM cases. 

In the beginning of exhibition, we will lots of works to do in the company. Each of us need to do a market survey and collect the information from different customers. We searched the information from the internet and shared the idea with colleagues. We think that all information will be help us to communicate with our customers and recommend related products on the show. Everyday we need to learn knowledge of our products and practise the oral English with our partner. 

We will practise how to communicate with customers during the show. What questions the customer will ask and what details we need to get from them? For example, How do i address you?  Which brand are selling good in your market? Are you selling the products online or store? Do you have wechat/skype/whatsapp? Etc... As we know, we get more information from the customers and it is a beneficial to follow up the customers after the fair.

During the fair, we will carefully listen to the needs of each customer and recommend the best products that it could match with the requirement and suitable for their market. The salesman introduced feature and performance for the products to each customers and wrote down their requirements.There are many suppliers attended HK fair and customers could purchase the products from different supplier. We took a photo with customer and left a deeper impression on the customer. When customer saw this photo,they could remember us and discuss the details in nearly future. From the exhibition, most of customers will get our samples and check the quality. 

We also could get a lot of business cards from them. In the night, we added customers online contact information and sent email about the catalogue to check.We sincerely invited our customer came back to our fair again and provide free sample to them.

After the fair, we came back to Shenzhen and invited customer to visit our factory. In the office, we talked more details with customers and show all products in the showroom. We respect every customer as our friend and we sincerely do business and make friends with them, no matter where they come from.
