In order to further expand our market, our company will prepare several exhibitions each year to promote our products. One of them is HK Spring Electronics Fair. The HK Spring Electronics Fair is currently the largest spring electronics fair in Asia. Asia's largest HK Spring Electronics Fair and the International IT Expo held in the same period ended on April 16th. The exhibition, sponsored by the HK Trade Development Council, According to the organizers, more than 12,900 international buyers from more than 9,400 companies from around the world participated in the exhibition.These buyers are mainly importers, distributors, retailers and IT consultants from around the world.


We are honored to attend this exhibition.when we know the news from our boss. We are so happy about it. We can meet different people all over the world and get more experience. The exhibition is a platform where customers directly know products, it can better to promote future cooperation. So we will be fully prepared before the fair. Firstly, We’ve collected market information about mobile phone case mainly from Europe, America, and Asia ,promote our products with this targeted. Second,we have prepared enough samples to show customers. and provide our potential customers. Thirdly, We will learn about the etiquette in communicating with people on the Internet. Such as when shaking hands, you should extend your left hand instead of your right hand. The handshake should be moderate, not too light or too heavy. And still keep smile and speak slowly in communication. Finally, we need to do our necessary oral practice. Then we will apply products knowledge and etiquette to practice with our colleagues. For better talk with customer.

We arrived in HK on the day before the exhibition and set up our booth in the afternoon. Then we had a simple meeting and have a good rest in the evening to welcome the first day of the show. During four days in the exhibition. Our booth have a lot of people in the first three days. Some people are interested in our products and some people want to buy our samples. Weve tried our best to meet every customers and promote our main products and our brandSerise. However. We are mainly focused on the intention of the important customers. It is important for us to get business card and online contact information from customers. With regard to details discussed at the exhibition, we were immediately record it on the notebook. And get the customer's approval to take photo as memorial. We added customers Whatsapp,Wechat or Skype. and sent email based on business cards each day.We spent every moment of the exhibition fully.

And sent emails according to customers different requirement. To talk more specific details when we got revert from customer. Constantly follow up with customers to promoted cooperation. Make good service for them. This is our ultimate goal of the exhibition. We appreciate every exhibition we attend.
